Spending a lot of time on YouTube this evening. I've discovered Dazzledust25 and her blog - very addictive, with weekly giveaways (like the one in the link).
I want to colour my hair. I had black hair for years, and loved it. I always wanted chocolate brown in there, but it kept coming up black. I have just gone through the pain of growing it out (I didn't want to bleach it), and so while I'd love to go very dark again I wouldn't risk it. The wedding isn't for 19 months, but it may take that long to grow out another dye disaster.
So I'm trying to decide what to do. At the moment my hair is a very boring brown. It looks mousey brown (a bit darker) when it's curly, but when I straighten it it looks a little darker/redder. Perhaps I should just get some subtle highlights. I can always dye over them a darker shade if I don't like the lighter look. I suspect I won't - I've always loved dark locks.
On that note, I'm going to go and straighten my hair. These wild curls are driving me mental...
