I'm baaaack...

I've vanished off the face of the earth over the last few weeks. I've been around, I guess, just not actively blogging. I have a list a mile long of blog ideas though, so fingers crossed I find the time to publish them over the next few weeks...

For now, just a quick post showing some things that I've received in the mail or have bought at the shops over the last few weeks. And some other photos of things I've been doing.

These shoes are super cute. I like the moccasin look, these will be great with jeans in winter. Oh, and they were only $40 and are super comfy. Bonza bonus.

My Oroton keyring is a bit scratched up, so I wanted a new cutesy keyring. I couldn't go past this cute little shoe from the Converse store at DFO. I decided to keep the old keyring, because I'm cool like that.

My super cheap new wallet arrived and I actually like it. I hold people up in lines at shops because it takes me half an hour to zip the stupid thing up, but otherwise it's great. I have lots of stuff in my wallet so need something sizey.

I've been drinking a lot of tea. I'm thinking of buying one of those little teapots that just make two cups. Then I can just sit it on my desk at work. I can be the eccentric tea girl who never talks to anyone.

Oops. Oh well. I constantly speed and this is only my second ever fine after over 10 years of driving. I am a strong believer in speed cameras used as a revenue raising exercise. Why shouldn't revenue be raised through people doing the wrong thing? That suits me just fine. And no, I don't whinge when I get a ticket, because I was doing the wrong thing. I knew I was doing the wrong thing and yet I chose to continue doing it (OK, in this case I did think it was a 70km/hr zone, but I should have known for sure...) So there. I'll pay it happily. Mostly.

This was fun. Now I had better hit the books...

They are SUPER comfy! I was waiting for my sister and tried them on for fun, but they were soooo comfy that I had to buy them. I couldn't let such comfy things sit there for only $40...

Welcome back!

The shoes look so vintagey! I remember having a pair like that at one time...but I have no idea where they are now!
