It's a miracle...

I didn't exercise this weekend - on Saturday I was too big of a chicken to go out into the garage while EA was in Toowoomba for the weekend (the garage is a separate building at the back of our house) and yesterday I spent all day out with my sister and by the time I got home and caught up with EA it was bed time. By that, I mean it was 7.20pm and I was asleep. You all wish you had my life, I can tell.

So tonight I made sure that I dragged my butt out to get some exercised. While I haven't lost much weight, I've already lost a bit of size which is fantastic. Even EA noticed! He noticed before I did, truth be told...

Anyway, I ran/walked as I watched Couples Retreat - I rented it from iTunes. Fancy schmancy, huh? My result?



As you can probably see, I was still running when I took the first one. But it was actually 39:17. Trust me. Average speed 7.64km/hr. So yay!

I only did one set of the sit-ups, squats and lunges again, but oh well. It's still progress, it's still exercise, and I'm still on track...

I currently am keeping to the idea that as long as I do something, it is better than the nothing I was doing :)
