If you raise the...Hello There! another OCD here :)<br /><br />If you raise the incline and lower the speed you would burn alot more calories i've found.. usually I put the speed on 6.5 and incline of 13-15 and burn 360-400cals in 20 minutes.. Well done again! you're so consistent!<br /><br />Re: Yoga - It's fantastic!! It has definitely helped me in more ways than one. You find that you are a lot more relaxed and more flexible. It's hard to explain but you really do feel more optimistic about general day to day stuff.
